Position requirements:

1. Develop and strengthen the relations between Finance institution, including policy investor, market analyst, retail investor etc.
2. Instruct development of central consultant issue and forward finance income, daily analysis, shareholder meeting, annual report, investment plan and industry trends data etc.
3. Discuss the change and development with the American Federal parliament, Finance department, accountant expert company about these issues.
4. Watch the products and strategy market competition with domestic chamber of commerce
5. Analyze and summarize the domestic and the third part data.
6. Cooperate with overseas LDK investor companies comprehensively.

Qualification:

1. Experience of commerce and finance in solar industry or semiconductor industry for many years.
2. Well knit professional knowledge in finance, accountant ,asset markets .
3. Excellent communication, could build good relation with staff and finance institution,
4. Excellent speaking and writing.
5. Good organizing and adjusting ability, good professional quality, good strain ability and wonderful judgement and expressing.
6. Be familiar with using American stock exchange rules.
7. Well grasp POWERPOINT
8. The interrelated specialty and equivalent bachelor, MBA priority.

Working place: Sunnyvale of United states & California

1. Be responsible with making strategic programs from 3 to five years through deep analysis on market, competition trends, confirm the long developing sales field and strategic, improving company long- term and steady development.
2. Take charge of making middle and long-term budget, delivery stratagem of resource deployment , carry out long-term program and offer effective measure.
3. Instruct establishment of each product line operation plan, make agreement between product line development and company long-term strategic program.

Qualification

1. Master solar industrial market, products and technology development trends.
2. Grasp marketing, market analysis, competition analysis etc.
