He has held positions including Polysilicon Process Engineering Manager and Polycristal Manufacturing Manager. He has a sound experience in engineering, startup, operation and troubleshooting of polysilicon and chlorosilane facilities. Additional two years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry as Start-up Manager with Technip Italy.

Joined our company in November 2007, Mr. Adams has nineteen years of experience in TCS and chlorosilane production and processing. He has held positions including Production Engineer, Staff Engineer in Production & Technology, Production Department Manager, and Engineering Manager of Expansion Projects for TCS and chlorosilane production. He has a broad and extensive experience in process design, engineering design, construction, startup and commissioning, and operation of TCS and chlorosilane production facilities.

Joined our company in Aug. 2007, Eight years worked in Chongqing Tianyuan Chemical Complex as process engineer director, supervisor of technical group, Being involved as refrigeration system modification project, distillation plant expansion project, SiHCl3 off gas recovery system modification project, SiHCl3 synthesis modification project, polysilicon expansion project and its relative engineering work.
